European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Global technology, engineering and consulting company Expleo is to create 200 new jobs in Ireland over the next two years. This will increase its workforce from 800 to 1,000. The company is opening a number of regional hubs in Ireland: the first hub has just been opened in county Cork and soon other will be opened in Galway and Limerick. The new positions will be IT roles including software development, software engineering and technical engineering. Staff based in the hubs will be offered flexible working arrangements.
A former business expansion was recorded in the ERM database in 2019, with 120 jobs created (Expleo-2019-IE).
