Expleo Ireland, formerly SQS, has announced plans to create 120 new jobs in Dublin, as part of an €8 million investment. The roles are in robotics, quality engineering, DevOps, project management and business agility. The news of the investment has been welcomed by the government and the IDA which stated it was a strong reflection of the thriving technology sector in Ireland.
As of February 2019, the company employs 500 people in Ireland. Expleo was acquired by French tech company Assystem in 2018. Acquisitions by Assystem, including SQS, were rebranded as Expleo.
