European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
eDesk, an Irish e-commerce company that provides customer support to online retailers, is to create 150 new jobs worldwide over the next 18 months. 130 will be based in Ireland and in Nothern Ireland (eDesk-2022-IE) and 20 jobs in the USA. The new roles will be mainly in technology and product roles but will also be amongst product, sales, marketing, customer success and customer support divisions.
The company operates a hybrid workplace model, offering remote working as well as office space. It currently employs 97 people.
