Description
eDesk, an e-commerce company that provides customer support to online retailers, is to create 130 new jobs in Ireland over the next 18 months. It is also creating a further 20 jobs in the US. The new roles will be mainly in technology and product roles but will also be amongst product, sales, marketing, customer success and customer support divisions.
The company operates a hybrid workplace model, offering remote working as well as office space. It currently employs 97 people. Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment welcomed the news.
