Description

French information technology and business consultancy company Capgemini has announced that it will create up to 600 new jobs at its units in Kraków, Katowice and other locations within the coming 6 months. Over 500 positions will be created in business operations division, another 100 in business process transformation division. The company is looking for specialists in finance, accounting, consulting, business process transformation, automation, as well as managers with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, Germany and French. They are also looking for people with no experience for less advanced roles. For workers, both work in the office and remote format are available. The company has just won a major contract.

Capgemini operates in about 50 countries and employs over 270,000 people worldwide. The company has been operating in Poland since 1996 and has seven offices across the country (Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Warszawa, Poznań, Lublin and Opole) employing more than 10,000 people.

Previous business expansions took place in January 2019 (100 jobs created), May 2019 (200 jobs created), February 2020 (200 jobs created), May 2020 (200 jobs created), February 2021 (200 jobs created in Katowice), February 2021 (300 jobs created in Poznań and Wrocław), March 2021 (200 jobs created in Kraków), July 2021 (150 jobs created in Kraków and Katowice), July 2021 (100 jobs created in Warsaw) and November 2021 (300 jobs created in Lublin).
