European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
GFT, the German technology consultancy specialising in the digitisation of sectors such as banking, industry and insurance, has announced the creation of 300 new jobs before the end of 2021 at all its work centres in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Lleida, Zaragoza and Valencia). The company is looking for professionals to work on both local and international projects, in profiles such as specialists, developers and architects of technologies related to digital transformation.
The company needs a wide and varied range of employees specialised in the digital world in any sector to respond to the increased demand for projects from its clients and company's need for digital transformation. In the first half of 2021, GFT has already hired 200 people.
According to the company, employees can enjoy a hybrid work model which allows them to choose from either completely working from home or returning to offices several days based on their preferences, in addition to flexible working hours and various training for their career development.
