European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Leroy Merlin, the DIY products brand, has confirmed its presence at the Villeneuve-lès-Béziers (Hérault) site, with an opening planned for February 2021. Leroy Merlin is recruiting 120 employees for this new site. The positions are to be filled shortly. Recruitment is carried out in partnership with the public employment service (Pôle Emploi). For the moment, there are 3 management positions open: logistics manager, department manager and customer service manager. Other positions will be filled in September. Several job expansion were recorded in the past: 300 job creations in 2007, 300 in 2012, 100 in May 2014, 110 in June 2014, 100 in February 2016 and 130 in June 2016.
