Description

French DIY chain Leroy Merlin has announced the creation of 100 jobs in its new shop in Pelurtuit. The new jobs are for sales assistants, floor managers, customer service representatives, logistics employees and managers.

Leroy Merlin employs over 20,597 people in 119 stores and reports turnover of € 5.50bn (USD 6.45bn). It announced the creation of 300 jobs in the Parisian region in 2012 (see ERM FS) and the creation of 300 positions in a site in Valence (store and logistic platform) in 2007 (see ERM FS).
