Employers obligation to provide skill development plans or training

Information on this regulation have been collected since November 2022.

Regulations on the roles and responsibilities of employers in providing training plans for their employees. Such regulations may specify aspects such as the number of training hours or days, the funding requirements for employers and the rights of employees to treat training time as worked time.
