European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Kiinteistömaailma, a Finnish real estate company, plans to recruit 200 new staff members in Finland during the upcoming 12 months. Half of the new positions will be located in the capital area and the other half in other parts of the country. The company has grown rapidly over the past 6 months. According to the company, the recruitment process will be challenging since the sector suffers from a staff shortage. Unlike in other Nordic countries, in Finland, education of real estate agents is not systematised which makes it difficult for Finnish real estate companies to find a qualified workforce.
