The Sitel group, specialised in remote customer relationship management, has announced the recruitment of 275 positions on permanent contracts for its call centre located at Cournon d'Auvergne (Puy-de-Dôme). Recruitment will take place before 30 June 2020. To cope with the workload due to the arrival of a new client, the automotive group PSA, the company is launching a major recruitment plan for customer advisers in partnership with the public employment service (Pôle Emploi). A three-week training course will be given to the people recruited, who will be paid the legal minimum wage (SMIC), with a possible performance bonus, on a 35-hour weekly basis. The selected candidates will join the 500 employees of Sitel Clermont-Ferrand.
