American international real estate company RE/MAX (Real Estate Maximums) that operates through a franchise system announced a business expansion and plans to increase the number of offices, including over 60 units by the end of the year, as well as the number of agents, to 660 members.
In Romania, RE/MAX is the largest network of franchised real estate offices, with the largest number of real estate agents, with currently 50 franchises and more than 450 members. The nationwide expansion plan of RE/MAX Romania envisions 110 franchised offices and more than 1,000 real estate agents by 2023. The company was established in Denver in 1973 and today has about 125,000 tied agents in 8,000 offices in 110 countries.
In Europe, RE/MAX is present in 38 countries, with more than 2,000 offices and 24,000 agents and continuing to expand.
