Description
TSB, Scotland based high street bank, has announced that it will open a new IT centre in its headquarters in Edinburgh in April 2020, creating 100 technology jobs. The newly created jobs include IT specialist, data engineer and data analyst roles.
The new centre is part of a three-year strategic plan, which was adopted after the introduction of a new computer system that caused serious disruption to TSB’s online services in 2018.
While TSB is investing in its new IT centre, the internal restructuring, which involves the closure of over 80 branches in Scotland and England, is also continuing.
