SIBS, the company responsible for the management of the ATM network, announced the opening of a new building in Castelo Branco. The business expansion is expected to result in the creation of 200 new job positions, who are planned to reinforce the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) unit. The new facility meets the company's goal to reinforce and complement its teams in Lisbon by decentralising BPO operations.
The company has been present in the Municipality of Castelo Brando since 2012, currently employing 300 people in its BPO continuity teams.
