European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Cellex Cell Professionals, a German bio-tech company, is expanding its operations in Cologne, creating 170 new positions by 2021. The company is working in the research field of cell therapy and invests in a so-called Cellex Cell Manufacturing Plant, which is to become Europe's largest plant of that kind. The newly hired specialists will support the development of new cell therapy. The company is investing €18 million in the expansion.
