Description
Peter’s Food Service, the Wales-based food manufacturer, has announced the creation of 110 new jobs. The recruitment has already started and the company has offered some of the new positions to people affected by the closure of furniture manufacture Triumph, in Merthyr Tydfil, which filed for bankruptcy earlier in October 2019.
Peter’s Food Service offers pies and pasties for retail, food service, catering and hospitality industries and currently employs 730 people. A spokesperson for the company has said that the expansion was based on securing several new deals with leading UK brands and retailers.
