Description

Romanian company Prefab, manufacturer of construction materials has announced plans to cut 200 jobs by the end of 2019, at Calarasi plant. The company is narrowing down its activity because of the cold season. The unions did not react to the announcement.

In a press release, the company announced that during ‘downsizing period it will be carried out the necessary activities as verification, maintenance and repair of machinery, as well as daily administrative activities.’

The company owns other plant in Jupiter (Constanta County).

Prehab Romania has a workforce of 330 employees.
