Description
Car components manufacturing company Autoliv inaugurated its plant in Rovinari, Gorj in September 2019. The company declared that the business expansion has already created 400 job positions and it is expected to create 850 additional ones by the end of 2020. The plant is responsible for the production of car safety belts and it attracted investments amounting to €20 million.
Operational since 1997, the company currently has a workforce of 9,403 employees in its six plants and three research and development centres across the country. In 2018, the company advertised the creation of 180 new jobs.
