European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Used car retailer AAA Auto announced plans to strengthen its sales network, with an expansion of business operations. The business expansion intends to double the number of facilities from the current 12 branches by the end of 2020, with an expected creation of 100 new job positions. In the long run, the company plans to have full-service facilities in every voivodeship city.
The company is a subsidiary of AURES Holding, which is the largest automotive company in the field of used car buying, selling, financing, insurance and upscale services in Central and Eastern Europe. As of October 2019, the company has a workforce of 550 employees in Poland.
