Fairline Yachts, a luxury boat builder, has announced plans to create 180 new jobs at its site in Oundle, Northamptonshire. The company is hiring carpenters, fitters, software operators and engineers. The work is organized on a Monday to Thursday shift pattern with possibilities for overtime, and there is a bonus scheme which is linked to production targets. The timeframe for filling the jobs has not been announced, though the recruitment process is already underway.
The job creation will increase the number of employees in Oundle to 560.
