European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Aluminium manufacturing company Aluminios Cortizo announced plans to expand its facilities in A Coruña, Galicia. The business expansion is expected to create 217 new job positions. The announcement comes after the company invested €51.1 million in 2018 to improve its logistics network and to adapt employment areas. The new job positions include roles in accounting, engineering, IT systems, chemistry and maintenance.
