European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On July 11, the Commercial Court placed the engineering group Nox in liquidation. The Nox group, headquartered in Saint-Herblain, near Nantes, in Loire Atlantique, had been in difficulty for many months. The group had been placed in receivership in November 2018. Nationally, with the various establishments located in Saint-Herblain (Loire-Altlantique), Biot near Nice in (Alpes Maritimes), Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), Rennes and Lorient in Brittany, Woippy in Lorraine, Bron near Lyon, the liquidation led to the dismissal of over 300 people.
