European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new shopping centre 'Marti retail park' opened in the City of Rijeka (Martinkovac) and it will employ about 150 people. The shopping centre owned by the Rijeka-based company Amec Rijekatekstil. The value of the investment in the centre is €12 million.
The new 9000 m2 shopping mall opens on a reconstructed and adapted former warehouse space. The works started in January 2019 and they were completed before the deadline. The centre offers a wide range of stores with food, fashion, drugstore and technical goods, along with several domestic and European brands.
