European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company Technal, specialised in aluminium fittings, has announced the recruitment of 200 employees on permanent contracts by 2023. With constant growth of 3% since 2014, the company is launching a vast recruitment program to support its development. The company, which belongs to the Hydro group, currently has 693 employees at the Toulouse site. The management has set itself the objective of increasing the number of employees by 50-60 per year. The company invests 5% of its human resources budget in the quality of life at work. The management organises muscle warm-up sessions as well as sports activities such as zumba, tennis on the company's court, yoga, meditation or sophrology in order to limit psychosocial risks within the company. The company reporst that this policy has made it possible to reduce the absenteeism rate from 3.53% in 2016 to 2.99% in 2018.
