European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Polish national postal operator Poczta Polska has announced that it will create 190 jobs at its new parcel sorting facility in Białystok. The unit is expected to be launched in October 2019 in partnership with Panattoni Europe, the developer of logistics space. The new facility is part of Poczta Polska’s strategy to develop in the e-commerce sector, in order to be able to compete with international courier and logistics operators that are present on the Polish market. The new sorting facility is to improve the company’s parcel handling process in the region of Podlasie.
