Description
London based health food cafe chain Pod has been bought out of administration by the Azzurri Group which operates theĀ ASK Italian, Zizzi, Coco di Mama and Radio Alice chains. The takeover secures the future of 170 jobs across 13 outlets, which will continue to trade under the Pod name. Nine of the business's sites will close which will result in the loss of 90 jobs. It is understood that the redundancies have been confirmed though it is less clear as to whether the job losses have already taken effect.
