Description
Lloyds Banking Group has announced that it will create 500 new jobs at its new digital tech hub in Edinburgh. The roles are high skilled, and the company has already begun the recruitment process for software engineers and data scientists, though it is being reported that the jobs will be filled over an eighteen month period. The move comes as more banking continues to be done online, and high street banks continue to close. The centre will service the groups' Halifax, Lloyds, Bank of Scotland and Scottish Widows customers.
