Philip Morris International, the producer of iQOS, will invest in a new call centre in Bulgaria, creating 100 jobs. The company has not decided yet where the call centre will be located.
The call centre will be an expansion of the activities of the company’s offices in Greece and Italy. The new call centre is expected to start operating in the third quarter of 2019. The expectations are that by the year end the number of jobs will reach 200.
Philip Morris International is an American multinational cigarette and tobacco manufacturing company, with products sold in over 180 countries outside the United States. Until a spin-off in March 2008, Philip Morris International was an operating company of Altria.
