Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The French company Edenred, specialised in payment solutions for the working world carried out via mobile applications, online platforms and cards, has announced plans to create 200 new positions at its digital centre in Bucharest till 2020. The centre was inaugurated in April 2019. The Edenred Digital Center is currently hiring: Mobile Tech Leads, Senior and junior developers, Build Release Managers, Cloud Operations Analysts, Level 3 IT Experts for Exchange & Office365, Oracle & Linux, Infrastructure Security Engineers. The company’s strategy for the digital hub is to develop new solutions and platforms for different subsidiaries.
