European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Supervisory Board of the Kutina-based artificial fertiliser producer Petrokemija at the meeting held on 30 April 2019 gave its approval on the implementation of the Severance Plan for 2019. According to the Plan, the company will communicate with social partners, so as to dismiss about 350 employees by the end of 2019.
The optimisation of the business processes in the company and the group, which focuses on the management of human resources, is one of the requirements for ensuring a sustainable business model.
