Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The German producer of automotive components Brökelmann Polska has announced that it will create 150 new jobs at its new production facility in Opole, Poland. The factory, with a floorspace of 20,000 m sq, is expected to be operational by the end of 2019. The company is looking for engineers specialised in the production planning and component design as well as experienced production workers, including locksmiths and press operators.
Brökelmann Group specialises in the production of stainless steel and aluminum components for the automotive industry.
