Description
The printing company Prinovis, a subsidiary company of Bertelsmann, will be closing its plant in Nuremberg in April 2021, which will result in the loss of 920 jobs (670 full-time employees and 250 temporary workers). According to a Prinovis spokesperson, the closure is necessary due to a massive reduction of orders in the last years. The social plan will be financed by Bertelsmann. Prinovis will find solutions for employees willing to leave, starting now.
Currently, Prinovis has 8,500 employees worldwide.
