Description
The German branch of the UK-based furniture retailer Habitat will be closing all stores in Germany, resulting in the loss of 110 jobs. According to the insolvency administrator, the owner stopped the supply of goods after there was a disagreement over the settlement of previous deliveries of goods. In 2018, Habitat had filed for bankruptcy and is now no longer able to continue business. All stores will be sold off by July. As a result, all the employees will be made redundant.
