Description

The Swedish company Transcom World Wide officially opens its fourth office in Croatia on 2 April 2019. The new office of the company is located in Zagreb and the first employees are already working. The company plans to employ 300 people by the end of this year. As a result, Transcom will continue to be the leading independent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service provider in the country. The company offers CRM services, customer service and telemarketing services and direct sales to customers in the telecommunications, financial, tourism, insurance and retail sectors.

Transcom World Wide has branches in 20 countries and on 3 continents, and came on the Croatian market in 2005. Currently, it employs over 1,000 employees specialised in providing services in many European languages.

The company's strategy is founded on motivation, progress and investment in teamwork. At present, 85% of the workforce is employed by the company, but the company offers also traineeships to students who want to earn and develop their work skills alongside studying. Finally, the company is concentrated on promoting gender equality.
