Description
Danish State Railways, DSB, has announced in a press release that around 100 jobs will be cut by the end of March 2019. The redundancies are due to increased competition and the need for further savings. In the first phase, 60 employees will be dismissed. The final number of redundancies depends on how many employees will receive an offer for voluntary retirement packages. DSB has not given any further information about the nature of these packages. Both managers and salaried staff are among the dismissed.
