Retailer BetterBathrooms has entered administration with the result that 325 employees have been made redundant with immediate effect. A further ten employees will be kept on, in the short term, to assist with the wind down of the company. The chain operated across 13 showrooms and two trade sites. A spokesperson for the administrator confirmed that affected staff would need to claim via the Redundancy Payments Service. The administrator also appealed for any buyers of the chain or its assets to come forward.
