European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Krka from Novo Mesto, the leading generic pharmaceutical company worldwide, announced that the company plans to hire 300 workers this year. As the head of the personnel department explained, it is a regular annual extension of its production. In the past, the company increased its workforce by about 300 workers every year. At the end of 2018, it employed 4,673 people in Slovenia (predominantly at the location in Novo Mesto). Globally, the company employs more than 12,000 people.
