Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Elsys Design, an engineering company specialised in the design of electronic and embedded systems, has announced the recruitment of 200 engineers in 2019 for its offices in Paris, Grenoble, Lyon, Sophia Antipolis, Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, Nantes and Rennes.
The company is looking for new or experienced employees to strengthen its engineering teams. Elsys Design will mainly recruit developers, design engineers and embedded system architects. Their field of expertise is embedded software, microelectronics (ASIC/FPGA), or electronic boards. At the same time, management positions will be opened (project manager, technical manager, business manager) as well as positions in cross-functional functions (support, methods, quality). The jobs offered are all on permanent contracts.
Former announcemnt of recruitments took place in the past years with the creation of 175 jobs in 2018, 160 jobs in 2017 and 200 jobs in 2013.
