European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Energoremont Bobovdol announced its closure, with all of its 130 workers and specialists registering at the employment offices, said the CEO of the company. 74 of the former workers are from the town of Dupnitsa and the other 56 from the towns of Bobov Dol, Kyustendil and Sapareva Banya. Dozens of workers have already registered at the local employment offices, and some of them have found jobs in other companies. Turners, millers and fitters are already employed by the Thermal Power Plant Bobov dol.
Energoremont – Bobov dol JSC was a company specialised in repairs of steam and water turbines, water heating boilers, transformers and generators, electrical motors and production of metal structures, repairs and producing of spare parts for power and mining equipment. It was established in 1974 and has more than 40 years of experience in overhauls and emergency repairs of facilities and plants in the energy sector in Bulgaria.
