European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Italian producer of filtration solutions UFI Filters has announced that it will create 250 jobs at its new production facility in Opole. The unit, located in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, will produce aluminium heat exchangers for cars. The production is expected to be launched in June 2019.
UFI Filters was founded in 1971; it develops filtration technology for a wide range of sectors, including automotive, aerospace and marine. The company operates in 16 countries and employs about 4,000 people worldwide.
