European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The French company Finalcad, which is specialised in the digital transformation of the construction sector, has completed a $40 million round of financing. The company has 170 employees in 12 countries. With this funding, Finalcad plans to expand its activities in Europe and Asia. The company plans to accelerate the deployment of its application designed for mobility in the field and to increase its workforce by recruiting 100 additional people, in particular to develop a data analysis platform to provide predictive information.
