Dutch producer of poultry products Plukon Sieradz, a subsidiary of Plukon Food Group, has announced the creation of 400 jobs at its newly launched poultry processing facility in Gruszczyce near Sieradz, Poland. The company expects that the facility will be responsible for 25 per cent of the group’s production by 2028.
Founded in 1964, Plukon is a leading company in the European poultry meat market. Plukon Food Group has 18 sites in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Poland. As of December 2018, the group employs more than 6,000 people.
