Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Eiffage Energie Systèmes - Clemessy, a subsidiary of the Eiffage construction group, specialised in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, has announced the recruitment of 550 employees on permanent employment contracts and 130 employees on work-study contracts (contrat en alternance) in 2019. The company employs 5,200 employees in France, including 1,400 at the head office in Mulhouse, and nearly 600 between Colmar, Strasbourg and Metz. About 40% of recruitments will be in the Alsace and Lorraine regions.
