European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Agricool, a start-up specializing in the production of fruit (including strawberries) and container vegetables, announced a new round of funding of €25 million. The company plans to deploy its containers in an industrial way. The ambition is now to install five new containers in 2019, probably around Paris. By 2021, 200 recruits will join the company to deploy the hundreds of containers planned. All employees of Agricool are on permanent contracts and are shareholders. The new capital raising is accompanied by a financial incentive plan to attract and retain future recruits.
