Tozzi, a company active in the plant design and installation for the oil and gas industry, announced the dismissal of 104 workers in Ravenna, 94 employed in the subsidiary Tozzi Sud and 10 in the subsidiary Tozzi Srl.
The dismissals, which will concern all hierarchical levels, from blue-collar workers to managers, were justified as a consequence of the reduction in the number of orders by oil and gas companies.
In the next 75 days, negotiations with trade unions will unfold, both on the amount of dismissals and on shock absorber instruments.
