Description
Nordic financial services group Nordea has announced the creation of 200 new jobs at its customer service centres in big cities across Finland. The company is recruiting people to work in customer service, as it faced difficulties responding to customer contacts on time during autumn 2018. Among the recruits, there will also be a number of housing finance advisors.
Nordea operates in 20 countries employing more than 30,000 people. Previous restructurings in Finland took place in 2018 (420 jobs lost) and 2016 (120 jobs created).
