European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Outsourcing company Huntswood has announced plans to create 600 new jobs following its acquisition of new premises in Liverpool. The business provides support for clients in the travel, financial services and pharmaceuticals sectors. The company has set up a centre of excellence in the old Lewis's department store in the city centre, which will allow it to expand its presence in the city to a significant degree. There is no information as yet on when it is expected that all the new positions will be filled.
