Global supplier of automotive systems, modules and other components ZF TRW (former TRW Automotive) has announced that it will create 300 new jobs at its new production hall in Częstochowa. The new unit will produce locks for seat belts.
ZF TRW was acquired by ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 2015. The company has been operating in Częstochowa since 1990 and employs nearly 6,300 people there. Previous restructuring programmes took place in 2017 (150 jobs created) and in 2016 (180 jobs created). The company has also announced a new investment plan which will bring 300 new jobs to Częstochowa in the coming years.
