Description

The call-centre company Coriolis Service has announced the opening of a new call centre in Angers (Maine-et-Loire) that will employ 300 people by spring 2019. It will be its seventh site in France. The new employees will be recruited on permanent employment contracts. The project represents an investment of several hundred thousand euros. The company manages incoming calls, subscription renewal, sales prospecting and recovery for large companies of the energy, insurance, media, hight-tech and telecommunication sectors. Coriolis Service reached a turnover of €300 million in 2017 including €100 million for its call-centre activities.

Coriolis Service has recruited 250 employees the three last years in France. About 800 employees work at Amiens (Somme), 500 at Laval (Mayenne) and 400 at Tunis (Tunisia).out of  a total workforce of 1,700 employees, the group employs 1,300 people in France. Two former job creations were announced in 2017 (100 job creations) and in 2009 (250 job creations).
