European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Alna Intelligence, the company engaged in the fields of IT maintenance, consultation, system management and service, is to create around 250 new jobs in Vilnius by the end of 2020. Currently the company employs 51 employees. According to the management, the number of employees in the company should increase from 51 to 100 in 2018, and by the end of 2020 should reach 300. The expansion of activity is related to the structural changes of the company; indeed Alna Intelligence has been recently acquired by another consultancy services company VORAS Consulting. VORAS Consulting offers consultancy services including information security and risk management, IT service management and information technology optimisation. It is planned that in 2019, the companies will have a common brand and a communication strategy, and will begin to actively provide services in foreign markets such as Scandinavia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and others.
